This Hazy IPA also doesn’t disappoint. Crack open the can and out pours a beer with a light golden color and a total lack of transparency. Fresh and juicy hop aromas fill your senses, followed by a light and pillowy texture and a very light bitterness. This is a Hazy IPA you will come to love.

BRASS JAR Hoppy Amber 8%
This bruiser of a beer comes out swinging with one fist tattooed with ‘hops’ and the other with ‘malt.’ After a radiant red pour, you’ll enjoy dank, earthy hops, toffee malt character, and a pleasantly dry finish.

GIGIL Rice Pilsner 4.7%
Crystal clear and pale straw color, this bright pilsner is a perfect representation of the golden fields of rice during harvest. A clean malt bill creates this delicate but expressive beer. Light amounts of Saaz hops introduce a slight lemon flavor while the puffed jasmine rice is sweet and adds to the overall mouthfeel of such an elegantly smooth beer.

Guiding your way by the lights of The Strip, Trustworthy has made its way to Las Vegas! Within the dazzling rooms of the Venetian, you can find Trustworthy residing in the Palazzo Mall. Exit Here was brewed with those Vegas hearts in mind. Crisp and full-bodied with the classical banana taste of a German Hefeweizen. Prost!

IN THE BRAMBLE Blackberry Wheat Ale 5.2%
This hearty wheat ale presents a full-bodied mouth feel while not attracting astringent off flavors from the heavy wheat grain bill. Over 13lbs of fresh Blackberry puree was added per barrel for this beer, creating a slightly jammy concoction that is refreshing on any fall day.

BOURBON BARREL AGED HIBERNATION STATION HUDL Brewing Collab
BBA American Barleywine 13.6%
After laying in wait for 12 months in freshly empty bourbon whiskey barrels, this slumbering bear is ready to wake up and strut their stuff. A smooth caramel barleywine with added notes of barrel smokiness, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Hidden away behind lock and key but awaiting to be discovered is our Grove of blood red citrus. More earthy than a bright navel orange, blood oranges imbue the beer with flavors of light tart cherries and hints of raspberry to present a very balanced oak aged ale.

SUNRISE INSIDE Oak -Aged Apricot Sour 6.7%
Warming in the rays of the golden morning light, cascading over you with welcoming warmth. Sunrise Inside is a blend of 2-4 year Oak aged saison that were blended and refermented on apricots to create this bright golden sour. Big oak character compliment the light apricot tartness leaving notes of caramel.

EMILIA’S FIRST Strawberry Saison 6.4%
Brewed with a blend of Belgian and French yeast strains to create a pleasant combination of dry farmhouse characteristics. Refermented over fresh strawberry puree as chosen by the brewer’s namesake niece to continue this series of child wonder and fruited fun.

SEVENTH SUMMIT 7th Anniversary Rye Lager 4.8%

We are extremely excited to share our collaboration with the Pink Boots Society with this light bodied hazy that sits comfortably amongst its peers in the name of equality. This year’s hop blend introduces notes of apricot and grapefruit that will be a pleasant companion for the warm days to come.

HIBERNATION STATION HUDL Brewing Collab American Barleywine (12oz) 12.8%
Lovers of big and bold beers, we flew our friends from HUDL Brewing in Las Vegas, NV to our main production facility in Burbank, CA to brew up this massive American Barleywine. A balance of Maris Otter and Golden Promise malts add robust flavors and aromas of caramel, brown sugar, and sweet bourbon.
