No stranger to those hot Southern Californian days, we wanted to create a beer that would keep you refreshed even when the sun is bringing the heat. Bursting at the seams with a 100% Citra hop bill to create an otherworldly sweet aromatics scent and flavor. Betting big with the 8.2% ABV that's accompanied with light and sweet mouthfeel with notes of peach and a smooth foamy head. GIGIL Rice Pilsner 4.7%
Crystal clear and pale straw color, this bright pilsner is a perfect representation of the golden fields of rice during harvest. A clean malt bill creates this delicate but expressive beer. Light amounts of Saaz hops introduce a slight lemon flavor while the puffed jasmine rice is sweet and adds to the overall mouthfeel of such an elegantly smooth beer.

Sunrise Inside is a blend of 2-4 year Oak aged saison that were blended and refermented on apricots to create this bright golden sour. Big oak character compliment the light apricot tartness leaving notes of caramel.

TRAILSIDE LAGER American Lager 5.1%
Familiar, crisp, with notes of citrus. The trail is hot and you deserve a good pack-off break. This crispy delight is perfect for those group breaks while hiking the trails, and even better once at camp. Guiding your wway by the lights of The Strip, Trustworthy has made its way to Las Vegas! Within the dazzling rooms of the Venetian, you can find Trustworthy residing in the Palazzo Mall. Exit Here was brewed with those Vegas hearts in mind. Crisp and full-bodied with the classical banana taste of a German Hefeweizen. Prost!

EMILIA’S FIRST Strawberry Saison 6.4%
Brewed with a blend of Belgian and French yeast strains to create a pleasant combination of dry farmhouse characteristics. Refermented over fresh strawberry puree as chosen by the brewer’s namesake niece to continue this series of child wonder and fruited fun.

RASPBERRY LEMONADE Hard Seltzer 6%
